What we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, and anything you tell us about your ad accounts and goals. When you use the MessCube product, we collect the brand and market information you configure, the content you generate, and standard usage data (pages visited, features used, approximate location from IP).

The market intelligence itself, competitor ads, advertiser pages, and creative patterns, comes from public ad libraries and public web sources, not from your accounts.

How we use it

To run the product, read your market, generate creative you ask for, and improve both. We use aggregate usage data to understand what is working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use one customer's private workspace data to serve another customer.

What we share

Only with the service providers that run our stack (hosting, analytics, payments, model providers), each bound to process data solely to provide their service to us, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while your account is active. Email us and we will delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
